With broken hearts, we share the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved friend and brother, Ujjwal Chimouriya. Ujjwal came to the United States from Nepal in the spring of 2024 to study at Wichita State University. Like many international students, he arrived with dreams for his future and hopes of supporting his family back home. Sadly, his journey ended far too soon after his tragic passing in Texas.

Ujjwal was a kind and loving person who was deeply cherished by his family and friends. His passing has left everyone who knew him shocked and heartbroken. Our greatest wish now is to bring Ujjwal back home to Nepal so his parents and family can see him one final time and perform his last rites surrounded by those who loved him most.

Your support will help cover the costs of transporting Ujjwal to Nepal, funeral arrangements, and other related expenses. Any funds remaining after these expenses will be given directly to his parents to help support them during this devastating time.
